Shipping policy

Orders are produced and fulfilled through our trusted print partner and are shipped from the facility closest to the destination wherever possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product size, and shipping method selected.

Production times vary by product and are in addition to shipping times.  Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of deliver and include photographs of the item an packaging so that we can assist you promptly.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, tariffs, taxes, broker, or other charges imposed by the destination country.  These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.  Carole Rodrigue is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or delays caused by customs processing.  

Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with local regulations and requirements.
